You are hereby notified that on May 12, 2008, a Petition was filed in this Court by Robbie Murta and Bernice Deines, as heirs of Duane L. Deutsch, deceased, praying the petitioners be appointed as co-administratrix, without bond; and petitioners be granted Letters of Administration.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before June 16, 2008, at 3:15 p.m. of such day in this Court, in the City of Great Bend, Barton County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
All creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against the Estate within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited, they shall be forever barred.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Great Bend Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Great Bend City Council Chambers located at 1209 Williams in Great Bend, KS to consider an amendment to the current Great Bend Zoning Regulations which would allow under a conditional use the presence of outdoor/open-air recreational activities in the C-1, C-2, C-3 commercial zoning designations within the City of Great Bend.
