THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on May 16, 2008, a petition was filed in this Court by Dorothy Nutting, an heir, devisee and legatee, and executrix named in the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy C. Welsch, deceased, dated September 8, 2003, praying the will filed with the petition be admitted to probate and record; petitioner be appointed as Executrix, without bond; and petitioner be granted Letters Testamentary.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before June 16, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., in the District Court, Great Bend, Barton County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the petition.

INVITATION TO BID
The City of Great Bend, Kansas is seeking bids to include a 100 KW standby generator and installation of same behind Fire Station No. 1, 1205 Williams. Specifications may be picked up during office hours anytime up until 5:00 p.m. on June 11th, 2008 at which time all bids must be presented. NOTICE TO CREDITORS
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED;
You are hereby notified that on the 19th day of May, 2008, a Petition was filed in the Court by Roy E. Robl, as the named Executor in the “Last Will and Testament of Lucy A. Heinz” deceased, dated September 11, 1996 praying the instrument attached thereto be admitted to probate and record as the Last Will and Testament of the decedent and that Letters Testamentary under the Kansas Simplified Estates Act be issued to the Executor to serve without bond.
You are further advised that under the provisions of the Kansas Simplified Estates Act the Court need not supervise administration of the Estate, and no notice of any action of the Executor or other proceedings in the administration will be given, except for notice of final settlement of decedent’s estate.
You are further advised if written objection to simplified administration is filed with the Court, the Court may order that supervised administration ensue.
