Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Barton County, Kansas:

TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that Dorothy M. Morrison died April 16, 2008. The Decedent was the Settlor of the Dorothy M. Morrison Trust No. 90 under agreement dated November 3, 1993, as amended. Glenn E. Opie, serves as Trustee and his mailing address is 2015 Forest Avenue, Suite 102, P.O. Drawer E, Great Bend, Kansas 67530. The Trustee has the power to pay the outstanding debts of the Decedent from the trust property, upon receipt of proper proof thereof.
In accordance with K.S.A. 58a-818, creditors of the decedent must present claims for such debts to the trustee in writing by delivering notice of their claim to: Glenn E.
