NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION
TO: All Oil & Gas Producers, unleased mineral interest owners, landowners and all persons whomever concerned.
You and each of you are hereby notified that Hupfer Operating, Inc. has filed an application to commence the disposal of salt water into the Arbuckle formation at the Bitter #B-2 SWD in the C-S2-NW/4, Sec. 5-16-13W, Barton County.
Any persons who object or protest to such application shall be required to file their objections or protect with the State Corp. Commission of the State of Kansas within (15) days from the date of this publication, stating the reason why the proposed plan as contained in the application may cause damage to oil, gas, or fresh and usable water resources.
All parties interested or concerned shall take notice of the foregoing and shall govern themselves accordingly.
