PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Great Bend Police Department is seeking bids on repairing storm damage to the interior of the Training building located at the Expo area at the Airport. Work includes replacement of damaged, moldy sheetrock and carpet and installing a commercial wanes coating and painting. The Great Bend Police Department will supply materials. Bid forms and specifications can be picked up at the Police Department by contacting Chief Dean Akings.
Deadline date for bids will be noon on June 30, 2008.

You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Barton County, Kansas, by Janis M. Hewitt, an heir, devisee, and legatee, and the Executrix named in the Last Will and Testament of Mable Hewitt, deceased, dated the 15th day of May, 1990, praying that the Will filed with the Petition by admitted to probate, and that Janis M. Hewitt be appointed to serve as Executrix, without bond, and that Janis M. Hewitt be granted Letters Testamentary.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 14th day of July, 2008, at 9:00 o’clock A.M. of said day, in said Court, in the City of Great Bend, Barton County, Kansas, at such time and place the said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the said Petition.
All creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against the Estate within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited, they shall be forever barred.
